Google Talk Gadget for Google Apps Account
Google Talk comes in 2 versions: Desktop and Web Gadget (no download needed).

But Gtalk is not only for Gmail account, in both GTalk versions you can login using your Google Apps account (eg: aiesec.net email account).
To embed the Google Talk Gadget in a web page and to login with a Google Apps account the URL you should use is "http://hostedtalkgadget.google.com/a/YOURDOMAIN/talkgadget/client?" and putted into an iframe tags.
